There are usually two to three rounds of interviews: the video interview, interview with the department manager, and interview with the top store leader. Each interview is unique, and the questions are easy. Retail experience is a plus! Availability is important, and great customer service experience.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.
