They use AI for the interview process where you talk to the camera and record your answers to the questions. It may sound like a very modern way to do the interview, but you get only a couple of minutes to reply and they expect you to say many things additionally to the question, which there's not enough time. I have also got a response of why they didn't choose me saying that I didn't mention a few things in my reply to the question, even though it wasn't related to the question or the role i was applying for.
