They contacted me asking if I was interested and requested a CV through the online system. Several weeks after submitting, I had a request for a phone interview which went really well despite them calling 20 minutes late. Pretty standard interview questions and had a good chat with the interviewers. They said I would hear back by the end of the day but i didn't get a response until 2 weeks later. Invited to second interview at GSHQ, this was with the same people from the initial phone interview. Again it started late and I sat in reception for a while. They really forced the point they were looking for the right kind of people and not just capable at the job (which I can understand, but the atmosphere felt a bit stale and didn't encourage it. Perhaps due to having already had almost the exact same conversation on the phone) again I was told I'd hear back by the end of the day..... Fast forward a couple of weeks and a public holiday, I received an automated rejection email. No response to feedback request. Probably one of the poorest experiences I've had from a company who says it is forward thinking which is a shame.
