Worst interview process I’ve ever come across. I got an automated email asking me to send in a presentation with 2 campaign ideas, complete with competitor analysis, overviews, mood boards, campaign & concept development. I spent 4 solid days creating a beautiful 30 slide presentation which had a 1 week deadline on it. I submitted it and never got a reply or a follow up email, not even a rejection email. I followed up a week later to see if it had been received and I was ignored. Rude.
