Months after my resume was submitted on the job website I got a phone call from HR department to set up phone interview.
Phone interview was several days later and then I was contacted for an in person interview. The company paid for my travel and hotel the night before the interview which was impressive.
I was questioned by a manager and a lead from the department. I found out a few weeks later that I did not get the job

Questions were not what I was expecting and I just froze on more than one
One questionn was - Name a time when you failed at something you tried to do work. There were a lot of questions about how you would handle certain situations None about skills really.
