Interview process was in person, (pre-Covid) and was with three engineers, not recruiters/HR. They were quite open and made the interview process very comfortable and easy going. They seemed to value experience and personality more than anything.

Asked me to walk through my resume and questioned me about stuff from my resume. Overall, the interview was great and I loved the interaction with the people conducting my interview.
Simple behavioral interview, asked typical questions like tell me about a challenge, difficult coworker, asked about my involvement on campus in clubs and why I was interested in aerospace, gave time for me to ask questions about the position and benefits
