First I had a brief call with HR - mostly general questions and told what the process would be like. Then met with hiring manager over zoom. Very informal interview, got a "bro" vibe form them and the culture at Guidepoint in general. I was then asked to do a project which I completed within 3 days. The hiring manager said they would look at it and get back to me but never did even after I had followed up a week later. Overall, very unprofessional. I felt that I was "robbed" of my work. In other words, it felt as if they used me for free labor which is in line with some of the reviews I see here. Major red flag. I would proceed with caution.
