Entrevista
I only had a phone briefing with Guidepoint that I thought went well and told me to expect to hear back from their recruiter soon. However I never heard back, even after I emailed the person who interviewed me. I was initially contacted for an initial phone screening, which when it happened lasted approximately 20 minutes.
The interview was quite lengthy. The TA screen lasted over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary. The person from the Talent Acquisition team kept speaking non-stop without giving a chance to respond or ask questions — it felt overwhelming.
The first round interview was conducted online via video call. The atmosphere wasn’t bad. I occasionally got some “what if” questions. But I was asked “Do you have any questions?” about five times.
