The process was pretty smooth but a bit lengthy. I applied back in late December and found out I had an interview in late February. I had two initial interviews with a managing consultant and an associate director. One was "skills" based where they asked me mostly specific questions about my resume. The second was "values" where they asked more behavioral style questions but also goals and work style preference. I had one last interview with a director which was another values interview. They asked me more intensive behavioral questions but nothing too unusual. Overall the people were friendly and interesting, but the whole timeline was over 3 months long and I thought it was odd I had to set up my own calendar invites? They just told me when the interviews would be and sent me a teams link.
