Entrevista
I had two phone screening interviews (needed a second one because the recruiter apparently deleted all of her notes from the first one). I then had three separate interviews (including two in the same day) which were all exactly the same, nearly word for word. All three of the people interviewing me (two associate directors and one director) were not able to provide any additional details on the role/project I applied for. Despite telling the recruiter my salary range, I received an offer for 15k less than the lower end of my range. After informing the recruiter about this it took Guidehouse two weeks to finally get back to me and say they weren't able to increase the offer. The entire process from start to finish took just under TWO MONTHS and would have taken longer if I hadn't informed the recruiter that I would be declining if they didn't increase the offer (they kept telling me they would have an update in a "couple days." Don't bother applying unless you want to receive a ridiculously low offer and have your time wasted. (the benefits package was also lacking to say the least)

Tell me about yourself, standard behavioral questions.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
