Similar to other review experiences, I had a first interview with two individuals from Guidehouse, I think a managing consultant and a director. This interview was fantastic, I felt they were really engaged in what I had to say and asked follow-up questions based on things I had said as compared to a prepared set of questions to ask me.
I then received communication about a final round interview and interviewed with an individual who had been with Guidehouse for many years. Again, this was very casual and an interesting conversation.
Finally, I received another email asking to set up a final interview. I am guessing the second interview being described as a final interview was a mistake? This last interview was with a partner of the firm. It was a great, casual conversation, and again as others have mentioned it was more of an airplane test.
I do agree it seems Guidehouse has a difficult time with management and delivering a cohesive effort. I received an offer after about 2 weeks of communication, as I had an offer from another company with a pending deadline. I also was uncertain about what office I was interviewing with during the entire process.

Where do you see yourself in X years/ Describe your future career?
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.
