The first interview was a general question and answer, where I heard what Guidehouse had to offer along with the interviewer getting to know me to see if I would be a good fit. After about an hour, I was told they were moving me to the next of interviews. The second interview was roughly 30 minutes and had me talk about my experience and education. They answered any questions I had about the job. The third interview seemed pointless as I was speaking to a third different person about the same stuff I already spoke about in the previous two interviews. This interview only took 15 minutes.
