I met and lead informational interviews with some really great people at Guidehouse that I am sure are fantastic bosses. However, the person I had my actual interview within the public sector - Financial Services position was very abrasive and rude. He had very minimal people skills and wanted an undergraduate student to have 2+ years of experience in project management. I have had 5+ professional/internship experiences and the questions he asked were very industry specific. Very clear he had not interacted with undergraduate students in a long time. I had 5+ job offers from big 4 and more prestigious firms, so it wasn't my interview skills. Even if I got a job offer, the thought of working under him made Guidehouse not a competitive offer.
