Awfully unorganised! Not a good look for guidehouse. Not surprised about the negative reviews.
Applied for a consultant role, received an email from HR requesting my availability to interview. I replied swiftly with when I was available. No reply from HR. I followed up. Still no reply. Just forgot about it.
A few weeks later, received exactly the same interview availability request from the same HR guy. I replied again with when I was available. Then I was ghosted, again for weeks. Then received an email saying I’d be rejected for the role about 3 months later.
Time wasting and disrespect to candidates who have put effort into applying, really bad look for the company - won’t be applying again.

They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.
