You submit your resume to the desired job. Then you get a call and your interview with the department manager, then with the manager, they explain what your job role would be. They give you a tour of the store and you meet the team.
Online assesment after applying, phone interview with the HR, and then interview with the Hiring Manager. Very straightforward and appropriate for an internship-level interview. Took about a month in total for the entire process, but just a week for the interviews.
