Was head-hunted by a recruiter. Felt very generic, like they weren't actually interested in me, just needed warm bodies to meet quotas. After I gave them my CV they became interested but it still feels like I'm somehow being roped into a pyramid scheme. I'm going to go in for a follow-up interview to suss them out more.

Very pleasant interview process from start to finish. The commission structure is a little tough to grasp, but easy once you get into it. They ask you about yourself, your family and friends, and what makes you want to sell life insurance. If you have a good story or are inspired by a certain topic, you'll get the job.
