Interview process was a standard 2 stage process. However they hid many factors such as the state the company was in which meant extra pressure and they promised training that they didnt adhere to. The trainer didnt show up till 1 and a half months into employment and they tried to make up for it with a couple teams calls....yes not great training at all....after all of this they decided to put me on gardens leave due to the lack of training that THEY provided ME.
