Went through a few rounds of interviews. One was a normal coding interview. One where I was presented with some written code and was told to review it like I would on a PR. Another round involved architecting a distributed system.

Anyone with talent should not work here. That's how bad the interview process was. Let's begin with scheduling. As other people have noted, trying to schedule a call was a 2 MONTHS back and forth disaster of sending availabilities and getting a response saying none of the submitted availabilities work. After send availabilities for 4 weeks, I was suddenly informed that interviews were halted and I was told to submit my availabilities for three weeks later. After TWO MONTHS of scheduling I finally got an interview. During the interview, the CTO, Tameem Iftikhar, was 13 minutes late and left 15 minutes early. The interview is 45 minutes. He was not there more than half the time -- unprofessional. The question provided was vague and unclear. They give you a code snippet and ask what is wrong with no guidance. Then they give you a half baked system diagram and don't provide further guidance on what they want. How do you expect candidates to answer your questions if you are not clear on what you want. I highly do not recommend anyone entertain this company. I'm not sure how they are still in business
