Terrible experience overall! I had a very disappointing experience with Growth Assistant’s hiring process. I first interviewed with them in December, then had a follow-up interview in January. After that, I was sent a three-part online assessment, which required a significant investment of time and effort. I completed and submitted it, and then had yet another interview at the end of January. After going through multiple stages and dedicating considerable time to their process, I received a generic copy-paste rejection email a week later with absolutely no feedback. There was no acknowledgment of the time and effort invested, no constructive comments, nothing. For a company that expects candidates to go through such an extensive process, the lack of personalized communication or basic feedback reflects a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and professional careers. Very discouraging experience overall.
