Call with a recruiter and then a take-home assignment. As other people have mentioned, they'll provide no feedback on why they're not moving forward. After sending the assignment, I didn't hear back from them for more than 1 week, so I sent a follow up email. 5 minutes after I sent the email I got a reply with what seems to be a generic template saying they're not moving forward. It seems to me like they're looking for something very specific in the assignment so it's a hit or miss since the requirements don't specify what they'll be focusing on while reviewing. In my case, the take home assignment was to write a design document based on some product requirements which can be approached in different ways, so it is frustrating not having an opportunity to have a conversation about it. The instructions do mention that some aspects of the requirements are under-specified on purpose. You can make an argument that it is to see if they candidate can work under certain ambiguity, but in my experience, there's usually an opportunity to discuss this with colleagues when working in a real work environment rather than trying to read someone's mind. They mention not to spend more than a "few" hours in the assignment. I strongly recommend spending less than a few hours unless they give clear criteria on what they want otherwise it feels like a big waste of time and it leaves a very bad taste when you get a generic email. I'm sure they'll change this process sooner rather than later. It's one of the most frustrating recruiting experiences I've had and based on other comments, it seems like I'm not the only one.

The interviewers were great! Very friendly, and the interviews felt adequately challenging, not too hard or too easy. What made the process awful was the recruiter communication. I've been on an email thread with two recruiters and yet I still haven't gotten a response after doing 4 interviews. After I completed the first interview it took them 2 weeks to respond to me.
