This was by far the worst interview process I have ever had with a company. They had absolutely no consideration for my expertise or my time. I went through five rounds of interviews, along with a take home case study, and the process lasted almost 3 months because they continued to reschedule my interviews the day of. They rejected me for one position, referred me to another, and then they rejected me for that one. The manager seemed like she only wanted information on a company I worked for. They've posted the exact position I interviewed for multiple times. They are your typical company looking to outsource their operations team and are only wanting you to complete the work that their current offshore staff cannot do. I highly advise you to not do the case studies if it involves reviewing spreadsheets.
