Phone interview, local in person interview, HQ interview. I met a recruiter at a job fair. They approached me. I spoke on the phone with the recruiter and answered some basic interview questions. The recruiter was easy going. I almost forgot to stay professional. The recruiter stayed in touch with me and made sure I was always in the know about what was going on. They were willing to fly me to Houston to interview in person. Very accommodating and nice.
