One of the best interviews I have ever had. Open, friendly, laid back. They checked my previous work experience, professional skills, intelligence, ... But they also checked my character and how will I fit in their real estate team. First I had to do a video interview and then two additional interviews on site with the recruiting specialist, property manager, assistant property manager, two vice presidents of real estate and real estate lease administrator. Long process, but a positive one.
