I initially got a pretty interesting technical challenge. I appreciated doing this at the start rather than halfway through the interview process. I then had an interview with a software engineer, which was also great. He was extremely easy to talk to.
Then I had the interview with Jonathan Grier (CEO) and a professor of HR/business stuff. This interview went okay, not great. It felt like the professor was looking for a ton of passion or something and he didn't see it (this was a video call interview and I generally have a very expressionless face).
A few days later I received an email saying I was not selected. I asked for feedback and why I wasn't selected and they said that I didn't have enough experience. This was after they had access to my resume and I passed their technical challenge.
I still don't know why I wasn't offered a job, but I do know that their proffered explanation was extremely unsatisfactory and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
