I met with Nico and Anthony the founders in a zoom interview and at the end, Anthony tells me they'd want to bring me the following week for an in-person. 2 weeks goes by and and after a follow-up, and they ghost me / no response. After writing Anthony a long email on how unprofessional it is to ghost candidates, he finally replies and tells me he couldn't respond because his dog was sick. If this is how he runs his business with customers, I am glad I withdrew my application and wanted nothing to do with his passive aggressive leadership style. It seems like a scrappy startup = messy.
