Process was well laid out and expectations were met. We had some hiccups in employment verification, but that was due to past companies being acquired or no longer in business. Interview was 'difficult' in that it was thorough. GG wants the best, know that you can run with minimum supervision, that you have a vision (as a leader), and that you're not adverse to the challenges of a start-up/smallish company. Met with recruiter, manager and several other leaders that I would be interfacing with routinely. All shared their passion for the company, its product and market position. Definitely genuine.
