The process was very thorough but extremely encouraging. There are several people that need to check-off on hiring you but each in a specific field. It made me feel like I am definitely qualified for the position.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
