After completing the initial screening process, I was assigned a coding challenge. Following the submission of my solution, there was a prolonged period of limited communication, despite my attempts to follow up. After a month, I received a response explaining that the review process was managing a high volume of submissions and that they would prioritize reviewing mine. Unfortunately, there was still a lack of communication for another entire month. If there are challenges in promptly reviewing code submissions due to workload, it may be beneficial to reconsider the process to avoid causing unnecessary time commitments for applicants.

Entrevista
First there were a few basic personal questions based on my career so path. What followed was a technical interview with questions of varying difficulty, starting from easier ones to more difficult ones. I was instructed to write some pseudo-code on a piece of paper without strict syntax guidelines. Interviewers were very understanding and reasonable in their expectations.
