Everything was fine until they ghosted me. I was told to text the interviewer prior to the following week. I did, but got no reply. I then called and left a voicemail on his cell phone, and again, no reply. No follow-up emails were sent to me to inform me if the role was filled or if the company pulled the job from the listing. It is very frustrating for job seekers to not hear anything back. I would rather have an ATS tell me no then be given positive feedback during the interview, and then told to call or text and that I'd hear something back the next week...and yet no communication at all.
