There was a room set up with several interviewers where there is no privacy between the interviewing tables. The employees interviewing potential candidates for hire are mixed (some are management while some are lower level) This makes for an unfair interview with the company. When the interviewer is going over your paperwork. They have a generic list of questions that they ask as do all companies. Resumes are not viewed nor letters of recommendation. The positions at that time are based off of the questions answered and the sole decision of the interviewer. When the interview is complete you return to a large room and submit your paper provided to you from the interviewer with notations and wait several weeks for a decision.

Still waiting for response, done with 1st round aptitude test it was average difficult not to easy if u have concentration u can clear the round, waiting for spoken English test
