The invitation for the interview was carefully drawn up, including guidelines and encouragements, that had a friendly tone. The interview was very structured and in my opinion quite static. This was due to their internal governance policies. The downside is that the interview has the tendency to be a one-way sharing of questions and answers, leaving little space for an engaged conversations.
