Application process was fairly simple and well communicated on their end. I applied online, got through to an initial telephone interview which was c. 10 questions to check what you knew about the role etc. (fairly standard and nothing technical). I then got through to an in person interview which had a practical element and then a panel of 3 interview. They gave you some pre-prepared questions and then you had general interview questions were harder and more technical. The staff were nice but the vibe of the interview was quite intense.
