      Entrevista

      I originally applied for a different position and got through the screening interview with my recruiter. We had a wonderful conversation, and speaking with her confirmed that I wanted to work at Greenhouse. Unfortunately, another candidate was offered that position before I interviewed with the hiring manager. I asked to still meet with the hiring manager for an informal chat, and she happily agreed. After our chat, she referred me to the Customer Success Manager opening. The interview process took about 3 weeks once my second recruiter got the ball rolling. She kept me up to date at every step and answered all of the questions I asked. My talent acquisition coordinator was also a huge help and super welcoming. This was honestly the best interview process I've ever been through. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and although I was nervous, I felt really comfortable. I also loved that every interview felt more like a conversation and that the interviewers were very clearly engaged throughout our time together. Greenhouse walks the walk when it comes to equitable hiring practices. They were clear about using a standard set of questions and that they'd be taking notes through the process. They also assured me that I would get feedback if I wasn't selected for the position and that I'd be welcome to apply again in the future. The best thing about this whole process is that I felt comfortable bringing my full self to the interviews, and received an accommodation to make sure I was set up for success for the on-site interviews. Greenhouse's interview process is outlined clearly on their website, but there were four steps: 1. Screening Interview 2. Interview with a member of the Customer Success team 3. Take Home Assignment 4. On-site interview (consisted of 4 separate interviews - case study, present take home assignment, interview with someone from another team, interview with the hiring manager) I didn't think the interview was hard, but I also had similar prior experience AND I did a lot of preparation before each part of the interview. If you're not sure how to prepare, use Glassdoor, Google, YouTube, TikTok, the Greenhouse website, etc. But I do think the interview would have been hard if I hadn't done my research beforehand.

      Didn’t get past the case study. Interview with the manager went great but unfortunately I didn’t make it through the case study stage. All in all it was a Very thorough interview with several steps.

      So this process is Intense but it makes sense as to why it is this way. They want to make sure you are a good fit and understand what you are getting into. Just be yourself and not give stale answers (try telling stories) and be about the customer. 1. Initial phone screen 2. Meeting with Potential Manager 3. Presentation on a project they give you 4. 3 hour panel Interview I go through all the rounds and they made me an offer today! Im so happy!
