The process moved quickly, upon applying I received information about next steps within 48 hours. I received clear and transparent communication about the process and expected timeline. The process involved a take home exercise that was very involved, but again included clear guidance plus was graded blindly - which I appreciated. The process then moved to virtual interviews with multiple members of the team. Each conversation was unique and had a clear purpose. All the interviewers seemed well prepared and engaged in the conversation.
