Applied online and got an e-mail maybe a few weeks later wanting to set up a phone interview. Phone interview only took 15-20 minutes and was fairly easy. Got a call the next day saying they wanted me to come in for an in person interview with two branch managers and the regional manager. Fairly easy interview since I have a lot of experience in sales. I felt the interview went great and was told I would hear back within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks rolled around and I had to email HR to get the status of my application. I was then told they went with another candidate.

First go through a phone interview. If you pass that you move on to an in person interview. At the end of the in person interview they sometimes take you around to meet other employees. Usually you'll hear back if you for the job or not between 2-5 weeks.
