Initial screening and testing before the actual interview that was done online. Computer work, aptitude questions, etc. Actual interview was good - interviewers friendly and atmosphere was pretty relaxed. They made you feel welcome.

It was a behavior based interview process with typical customer service questions. Related to experience and situations. I also received a language interview as position was for a bilingual role.
