I sent my resume in for one senior accountant position, but received a phone call from their HR department asking if I might be interested in a different senior accountant position. I said yes, and was told that they would contact me later about setting up an interview. Two weeks after that, there was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer said that they would then be inviting candidates in for face-to-face interviews, but not until month-end close was complete, in about 15 days. A week later, and I haven't heard anything so far, so maybe they aren't interested. Or maybe Green Tree is just moving very slowly with regard to the hiring process.
