Two on site interviews. Basic behavioral questions followed by experience and if I would a right fit for the partnerships goals. Should have interest in Houston area and political as well economic issues in the area. Very relaxed interview process. Got to meet everyone in the specific department beforehand and realized the close fit of the office.

What types of projects have you worked on in past?
The interview process was 3 part. First was with the recruiter, second with the HR representative, and third with hiring manager. The process was very smooth and the turnaround time was quick.

Was interviewed by department VP and several others over the course of six weeks. During this time the person I reported to changed. So I had one last interview with new person who hadn't even started working herself. She hired me.
