I felt the interview process was incredibly lengthy. I had two initial interviews/ informal conversations with the recruiter and hiring manager before moving on to the real interview which was around twelve consecutive meetings/ interviews with different department heads and other employees. Some of the meetings were 1:1 and some were 1:2-3.
