3 interviews with management--this can be with the FOH, AGM, or GM. Incredibly straightforward. My advice: show up in professional attire (exactly how you would come to work). Each interview is only 10-15 minutes, oftentimes you can do them all in one day. However, they generally have you come back 2-3 times, with the final day being the day you sign on.

The interview process was very structured and allowed for ample opportunity to understand the business. They asked questions to assess a culture fit and you should expect to be on time and dress professional. Put your best foot forward.
