Really invasive and irrelevant personality quizes that they put you through. I have never encountered such a thing through the hundreds of applications I have sent out. Its almost like they want to weed out people who don't fit a certain personality type. I would have felt sus if my therapist gave me a test like that let alone a job interview. Based on the interview experience I can only imagine the job experience would be strange and over-demanding.

They ask me to complete 3 online assessments which include about 500 questions and it took me more than 2 hours to complete. Basically, the questions in those assessments are asking: are you an angel who cares nothing about salary and is pleased to be taken advantage of and wants to work for 10 years for us. I almost laughed when I saw those stupid and ridiculous questions. Especially considering they are offering an annual salary of $40,000 for this developer position. You can easily tell how cheap this company is and how horribly you will be treated once you start working for them.
