The overall process was very smooth and transparent for the applicant. In every step you would get feedback and insight into the upcoming steps and tests. First round was to complete a couple of psychological questionnaires which you would be able to complete in less than an hour. In the next round you will get a test according to your position and skills in order to be technically evaluated. And last but not least you will get a 1:1 interview both with the HR department and with the CEO followed by an offer if you were successful in the process.
