The interview process was pretty intense, very interesting and unique, somewhat enjoyable and largely insightful into myself as a person. After the multiple stages of interview process, hiring was fast and efficient.

First I had a Skype call with the CEO that took about 30 minutes usual talk about what the company does and what kind of experiance I have and on the same day I got the coding test on Hackerrank what is a good point in my book, I'm tired of having git repos cloned to my machine... The Test was 60minutes time limited 3 question it was a normal test nothing extra, I felt confident after it. Couple of days later I have got an invite for the 3rd round for face to face interview as we agread on a time for when can I get to their office, 2 hours later I got an update it's changed to Skype, not to professional, in the same time so to be able to attend I had to leave work earlier than expected, I felt that it's already it's gonna end here. On this Open Culture interview I felt uneasy even after a loads of preparation I did to get an idea what is this going to be. The Skype call was okay, but I gnuenly felt the person on the other end didn't even wanted to show an effort it's interesting, and I knew it was decided before it's not gonna go forward. But on this interview I figured out it's 2 more rounds... 5 round interview process is a bit much
