Had an initial phone interview with the recruiter which was slightly awkward as he initially was interviewing me for a different role then realized half way through I had applied for a different role This was quite a typical interview. My second interview was with the hiring manager and it was great. Really relaxed and a great conversation. Got a real sense of the role. This was a phone call. Then my third and final was with the hiring manager, another person on the marketing team and the VP. It was great and it was on zoom. I got a real sense of the culture.
