Phone interview. Part English and part spanish as I was applying for a bilingual position. The interviewer asked basic questions regarding previous employment and my skills for the position. I was also provided a general job description and some basic computer requirements. Also I had to be able to commit to a minimum number of work hours.

You receive a phone interview. If acceptable, you get invited to do a video recorded interview to share more about yourself and why you would be a great fit for the job. The interview was very straight forward and it all done from my home office.
