Applied on LinkedIn and was approached by the hiring consultant next week to schedule a first round interview. Pretty basic behavioral questions and she gave a lot of emphasis on the new projects the group is going to implement. She scheduled an on-site interview within two weeks. Interviewed with two managers. The entire interview was conducted excellently and it felt like a conversation and not a question and answer kind of interview.
The most important aspect they wanted to look for was the ability to solve new problems, drilling the point of quickly performing in new projects. They liked the ideas that I gave them and it ended well.

Routine behavioral interview with easy to answer questions. Come prepared but nothing should be unmanageable. Smooth process and quick turn around time at this company. Overall easy process for this role

I interviewed for a financial analyst position my initial impression was that they seemed like they care about career development and it seemed like a great environment to work for. But once I got there and got the feel of their finance department, i got kind of a cliquey feeling. This company doesn’t have whole a lot of DIVERSITY when it comes to their finance department. Me being a person of color, I didn’t feel welcome there. I would tell them to start thinking outside of the box when it comes to hiring. This is 2019 stop hiring from the same schools and hiring the same type of people. It is really obvious, and you will fall behind. Everyone notices how not diverse from a gender and ethnicity perspective.

It was very organized. People were friendly and knowledgeable. They asked tough technical questions. Involved three rounds including 1 HR interview, 1 technical and one with a panel of top executives.
