Met recruiter at career fair, and received a call several weeks later asking to set up a phone interview. Maybe a week or so after that, I was invited to a final round interview (Lake Forest, IL) consisting of 2 behavioral and 1 case study, each 45 mins. We had lunch and opportunities to talk to current employees and an executive.

I was given an interview back to back 30 min with 2 people each time. This interview was almost strictly behavior but there were 1 or 2 technical questions to see your thought process.

Was pretargeted by them before our career fair. Met them at the career fair and had a great conversation. Interview was 2 30 minute interviews that were one on one with different people. Behavioral based and conversational.
