Entrevista
When applying, your resume and profile must be a close match to the requirements or you'll be quickly weeded out before human eyes ever touch your cover letter. Interviewing at Grainger requires patience! Their process is deliberate and typically much slower than most other companies I've interviewed at. Internal contacts admit it sometimes takes months to fill a position due to their process for collecting a minimum number of suitable applicants before progressing through the actual interview process, which itself can take several weeks. In my case, I had a phone screen followed by two sessions of interviews, each with multiple persons. Lots of behavioral questions. You must be able to think on your feet and cite specific examples in situation-opportunity-action-results format. Finally, you cannot assume that because you interviews went well that you'll get an offer. Grainger is quirky and they've been known to shift gears at the twelfth hour and fill a spot internally before letting someone new in the door. Good luck!
