It's unfortunate that Grainger allows their representatives to be impersonal, impatient, and flat out combative during the initial phone interview. I was pretty much ran off! They didn't care about anything I said and would get a negative tone if I asked questions. If they are doing this to me, I'm sure they're running off other good candidates as well. I was really excited about the position, but now my opinion of the company is damaged. With the current job market climate and companies having a hard time filling positions due to higher Unemployment income, you'd think they would all have a better attitude with people who ARE actually trying to fill a position! I went ahead and withdrew my application for 2 jobs I was excited about.

Pregunta 1
All of the questions are "Tell me a time when" type of questions. The interview itself was fine, but they're going to have a hard time filling spots with HR reps treating people the way they did me!
Phone interview with HR for 10 minutes to confirm status, followed up by phone interview with manager for about 45 minutes discussing qualifications.
In person interview with local employees that lasted 30 minutes.
