Phone, in person, offer. It was a long process and dragged on too long. Communication was lacking and was left to wonder a lot. Disappointing experience. I expected more professionalism from a company like this.

I was contacted by a recruiter and then it was followed by two phone interviews. The interviewers had very different styles and motivation. They were very in-depth and thorough and they requested a lot of statistics. Very fair interview.
